6. Yes it does look like XOF members stormed in the hospital in an attempt to find and escort Big Boss. So Skull Face somehow found out about BB's location. But does he want him dead this time? I mean last time he wanted him dead but that was 9 years ago. Maybe a lot of things changed during that period and politics brought Big Boss' interest and Skull Face's interest together? Maybe that's why we see them together at some point? Who knows.
