Just S-ranked the subsistence version of the C2W mission at the first try, feels good
I really enjoyed the subsistence variants. Really made me think and plan out my approach. Wish more missions had this option.

I don't even want to play this game anymore. I'm on mission 23 and haven't had time to play, but now I don't even want to reading all this. It's sad that something I've waited for for so long turned out to be disappointing. Ugh I don't wanna believe it. A story worse than PW? Nooooooooooo
Edit: What I still don't get is how the majority of reviews (even new ones) are still amazing if the game sucks so much. How can there be so many 10s if the story is as bad as fans are saying?
Yeah, but I don't see a single person here saying they like the story so idk...just play through it and judge for yourself. metal gear stories have always been divisive. maybe you'll like V's!
I think the reviewers are giving it perfect scores based on the gameplay primarily... and it really is damn near perfect.

There's a hut in front of the outpost with some grenades inside, I lured the guard nearby, fultoned him and picked up the grenades
Then I sneaked into the outpost and there's a ruined house in the middle with one of those blue communications center or whatever it's called; if you destroy it that's enough, you don't even need to destroy the satellite dishes. Then I got lucky and a sandstorm came in so I took advantage of it to get the hell out of there, I was caught but was able to lose them

I wish I knew I could complete that objective that way before I knocked out and fultoned every single guard...
I believe if you use the radio button Miller tells you that you can either destroy the satellite dishes or just the transmitter, that's how I knew about it... otherwise I would have done the same thing as you lol
If you haven't finished it yourself yet you really shouldn't mind the opinions of others here.Yeah, but I don't see a single person here saying they like the story so idk...
Also I know games are mostly about gameplay but reviews have always factored in story, especially these days, ESPECIALLY for Metal Gear, so not seeing people take off points for a bad story is weird.
But yeah in the end I'll have to see for myself. I'm always up for some Kojima madness.
Maybe one day, in 10 years, there'll be youtube videos about MGSV being a storytelling masterpiece and it's hidden message in its marketing and release like MGS2. heh
Also I really hope MGO is good because the gameplay is too good to not be fully realized with some PvP
Honestly, if it'll get rid of the ridiculous and unwarranted hard-on you've developed for me, I'll suck your dick. I bet it's been a while.
Uhm"ending" so bad it hurt
also,
im baffled at themissed hayter
how do you not get hayter to read those lines as original BB during the redo of the intro
that shit would have made me forgive this whole thing a lot more

Uhmbecause he also didn't do BB during Ground Zeroes? Why would you bring him back when that would create yet another inconsistency?
The code for the extra camo etc should work, the MGO code shouldn't. Are you sure you are putting in the correct one?Does the code that came with Day One TPP still not work or is it just me?

This is awesome. So much content!
No mention of SNE though...
Better not be locked behind DLC or it'll be DOA before it hits the LZ and, man, I'll be PO something rotten.
They're revealing another gamemode this week though aren't they?
I want a MEATY mgo video. like 30 minutes. No bullshit.
You can shoot the satellite dishes from afar with the assault rifle. Fire in bursts. Get it from the 2 guards at the outpost near there. They are easy to sneak around cqc.
I am sure there is an even more effective cheese method.

I just now realized I never got my Day 1 edition codes with my CE...ugh.
Hey, hey! here's another useless movie clip from me

So how would you rate the series considering most of you have finished V.
I'm at (haven't finished V yet, but soon):
3 > 2 = 1 > 5 > 4 > PW
Best Buy. I did get an email get an email gettin then with a code...but I thought that was my CE digital stuff, since I didn't get any codes in the box.Where did you get it from?
I got my CE from Amazon... they sent the codes a couple of days after. Tora even confirmed this to me, and said to reach him if i didn't get them.

What if... the rest of the story is told through MGO??? eh? eh guys?? eh?
Codes don't come in the box. They are just codes they email you.
From what i am trying to decipher from your sentence. You did get an email with the code? its just one code for EVERYTHING.
Oh, OK. I was under the impression that there was a separate MGO code I was missing. Guess not. As long as I have that, I'm good.
Thanks, brau.
I came from the area above and behind where you pick up the diamond, snuck into the building with the radio transmitter to get the grenades, snuck back out, then tossed a grenade through the little window to blow it up, then crawled to safety. It was badass and felt really good. I was trying the method where you fire the mini gun from the chopper but it kept getting blown up before I could departed. There's a hut in front of the outpost with some grenades inside, I lured the guard nearby, fultoned him and picked up the grenades

I'm playing Mission 30 right now andthe use of "Sins of the Father" in that scene was kind of awkward.
