I'm not saying you can't like him or enjoy his writing, even though he's a hack.. but you should be able to recognize that yes he is a hack. Has always been one but became worse over time. And MGS2 is my favorite MGS so I know a thing or two about hacky writing..

Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2: Substance has both had Windows releases eons ago. But we're talking Windows 9X for MGS1 and Windows XP for MGS2:S. I don't think MGS3 ever got a PC release though. MGS4 probably does have some Sony exclusive clause, but who knows if that expired?

Konami are going hard now. Next thing you know, the new PES will actually be good....

At this point some Japanese games on PC seems like a safer bet than those same games on consoles. Metal Gear Solid will sell well on every platform. But for more niche or B tier titles the PC platform is perfect for that. PC gamers are more willing to try or play something they aren't familiar with, and the varied marketplace contributes to that.

More growth is happening on PC when it comes to userbases and software. If PC hardware gets cheaper in the next few years, the audience will continue to grow.

I actually liked Peace Walker for what it was, I thought the whole protracted ending and the plot was complete garbage though. We all know the travesty that was MGS4.

I see your point but I think Kojima being a hack is a fact, not an opinion :P

Also he was saying I didn't know what the word hack meant.. come on, son.
 
Awesome news. I think I'll still get the PS4 version of MGSV to go with the rest of my MGS collection, but I'll definitely double-dip on the PC versions sooner or later. Hopefully the HD Collection comes over one day, too.
 
Kinda conflicted. I wanna show support for PC so big 3rd-party Japanese developers/publishers can see the platform is viable but this is one of the few AAA 3rd party I'm dying to play in my PS4 that's been collecting dust.
 
Great, great news. I was almost resigned to the idea that I'd never get to play this game. I hope it's true!

No too sure what you mean. Everything other than IQ is great on PS4's Ground Zeros, which is something that can be fixed by giving the option for better Anti Aliasing.
