It's a really good sequel. Better than the first game in most respects.I just finished Metro 2033, is this one really a good sequel or just more of the same?

I'm gonna guess it's some kind of mission creator or something, which sounds interesting to meHmm this sounds really neat, any more details or is that it for now?
I haven't seen the good ending, but I was content with the way the bad ending played out.I finished the game a couple of days ago, and I really loved it. I got the bad ending even though I tried to avoid killing too many people. But then I realised the day after I finished the game that you could knock people out instead of stabbing them to death. No wonder why I didn't get the good ending haha.
Its an imrovement as the enemies in the first one where near psychic.Man, the stealth in this game is weird. Enemies are fucking blind. Still a great game though.

Metro is the better game in every conceivable way, in my opinion. Including fun.So which is more fun, this or Bioshock Infinite?

Playing as a Reich Heavy so far it's been frenetic but brilliant edit: and very short 8(I'm poor right now so someone tell me how it is!
Are you going for achievements or something? Just play the damn game. It really bugs me when people insist on a "perfect" with loads of restarts just when they blow stealth. It isn't a stealth game, and it's great when you part way stealth a section, blow it, and then have to scramble to defend yourself.Well, no-kill is out. There's a guy on a railcar that you have to dispose of that can't be knocked out.
Spent 30 minutes restarting like nine times, no luck. Searched the web, it's a bug. Makes me not want to play anymore. Good game up until now, but this just takes all the wind out of my sails.

I don't restart every time I get caught. I get caught almost every mission. I'm going for no kill because I don't want to kill anyone, and the game encourages that through "good" endings and "bad" endings and a pseudo-morality system.
And this IS kinda is a stealth game. There's even an indicator on your arm that shows when you're visible. And you can take out lights. And you can distract guards. It's pretty much a stealth game if you want it to be one, and they encourage it.
Sorry my play style bugs you.
Probably not a bad idea.Played it for a couple of hours, game really is good so far. Is it recommended to read the plot of Metro 2033 to get a better understanding of the game's wold?
Buggy like I shouldn't buy it, or buggy in an endearing way?
...yikes.Buggy, as in I've had to restart whole chapters because the game gets broken.
Yep, Nvidia drivers have been really shit lately. There is a new beta driver on Guru3D - version 326.19 - which I tried and found to be okay but there are a lot of people on the Guru3D forum with issues so I rolled back to 320.49 which at least has a profile for Last Light. Driver 320.18 is probably the first driver with support for Last Light but I can't recall if this was the driver that some claimed killed their GPU...sad fact is most of the drivers from 314.XX onwards suck.Though the latest nVidia driver update really screwed with the game making the frame rate in it so dreadful, had to back up to an older driver just to play the dlc decently... =/
Got the same; no idea as to what it's for and a search of FB and Steam forums shows nothing as yet. Probably fixes to the DLC...In the meantime, did anyone else get a 138 MB patch? Any idea what's in it?
Update 5: Fixed performance drop issue with tessellation set to "Very High." Added difficulty selection for Faction Pack levels
I did a review of the Faction pack, if anybody is curious: http://youtu.be/gwpF7TDh3QU
