If I were to extract all the salt flowing from Florian, I could easily turn the water of an Olympic sized swimming pool into salt water in an instant. Or sell it as a potent drug and get rich as it looks really potent.

MS lawyers saying the backlash would be too much from COD non-parity or bugs but Pachter thinking backlash is a good strategy for MS dumping the UK. Who to believe? 🤷‍♂️

Post is literally some guy that pretends to be a gamer. He's so blatant that his trophies and achievements are open while proudly proclaiming on podcasts that his stats are near zero. This fraud epitomizes the state of XBOX. Post is feeding Cope and Hopium and XBOX guys have knowingly elevated this fraud gamer, because they're in desperate need of Hopium and cope.

It's both hilarious and sad at the same time.

I was hoping for more dirty laundry shocking type reveals from this process but so far it's been fairly well protected... i guess now i wish that the appeal is successful and Microsoft acquires ActiBlizzKing so the internet goes into full meltdown mode. Cause games themselves sure aren't as exciting as they used to be :P

There's no ammo for the appeal.

The appeal has to prove that the CMA process was violated.

The CMA's conclusion is that while cloud is a nascent market, Microsoft has a huge advantage by being a big tech company and already has 60-70% marketshare and is growing at a parabolic rate. The CMA's blocking of this decision is based on what the Cloud market will grow into based on their current market position, and how much more anti-competitive the activision merger would make their position.

So, the CMA's thought process isn't wrong. You can disagree with them on their premise but that is not grounds for an appeal.

2: that is bullshit look at the 360, it had great games and was toe to toe with the ps3 that came right after what's probably the most successful console in the history as of now (switch is lurking in the shadows).Weird how this console haveing great games managed to be so close to the ps3.
3Look at the ps3 rough start, invested deeply in its studios putting out great games then they manage to get the ps4 out to a resounding success.

This feels like a loser crying because no matter how much money he spends he still finishes the race in last position, to this kid and to Phil there's one easy solution ....Get fucking better instead of crying.

They lack brand loyalty outside of UK and US.

Xbox needs that presence. Without it, they wont be able to compete in term of sales. Plus X360 was a fluke, due to how mess up the ps3 was. That allowed 3rd party games to have exclusive games on X360.

So they had great games running better than their concurrent.....Something that Phil hasn't done this gen nor the previous onethe dude was the head of studios when they closed everything and can't manage to put out great AAA exclusive even after buying half the market (hyperbole I know,but still the biggest gaming aquisition and wanted to do anotherone 10 times bigger).
How come he is so incompetent, he has been at the top or the second position at MS for something like 15 years....Sony fixed the ps3 problem in less than 1 generation, How many gens does Phil needs to put out at least 1 good AAA a year ?

Great games are great. But sales are different.
That is the result of loyalty.

Xbox come out from 33+m OG Xbox and hit 85m on next year against a console that come out from 150m sales.

Without that ps3 incident, Xbox wouldn't have hit those numbers. Sometimes you need more than games. Little bit luck and people willing to try your console.

With Xbox one, they don't have the 2nd option. So all that is left for Xbox is luck and hope something happens, if they want to catch this behemoth PS and Nintendo.

Don't forget that the 360 also had its fair hsare or problems ...RROD, yet it was still successful, it didn't take sony to fuck up for MS to gain ground, they were actively putting out great games, something that can in no way be said about xb1 or the series...So weird how the gen where they put out the most great games was their most successful one kinda like there was some correlation between the two.At least Phil should try that approach just to see if it works , it had worked for Xbox right before him, why suddenly it wouldn't work ?

In the gaming business loyalty is built as a result of great games on a consistent basis. Xbox have not enjoyed the same level of loyalty and love that the other 2 console manufacturers have had for one simple reason.
