If it wasn't him regardless of the evidence provided through screenshots of his missteps, why would he rush to edit his post here and make changes/nuke his other accounts elsewhere when he was caught?

I think there's really no witch hunt, just a crazy MS sponsored astroturfer caught and banned.

What's suspicious to me is that Florian's first reaction wasn't to deny the accusation, but attempt to make the same accusation against Idas of era. If Florian's response had been "I don't post on NeoGAF under any name" then I would have a heck of a lot more doubt. But seeing his frantic bullshit responses as well as SoloKingRobert's freaking out deleting accounts.......nah, I'm 90% sure he's an idiot who got busted. I reserve a healthy 10% of doubt for just about anything that happens on the internet.

The immediate edit spoke loudly. 100% Florian? Nah, impossible to say, but this isn't a court of law so the threshold (and impact on one's life) is much lower. It will be interesting to see which dormant alt shows up when things cool down.

Incorrect. Florian created that narrative out of thin air. Colin Raftery isn't involved in the Microsoft-ABK acquisition at all. That would be his counterpart Sorcha O'Carroll.

That's crazy Florian bullshit. The guy wasn't even working Sonys case. However he did do one for Sonys music acquisition in 2021.

Whatever means he had of getting the screenshot, it can't be outside two possibilities:
1) He is Florian himself.
2) He is in a server with Florian coordinating stuff.

There is no other reason for this screenshot to be in his possession imo.

I imagine with the EC hiring that Microsoft lad, the EC must reject all MS acquisitions for the foreseeable future, even if that same person was not involved in the decision making for any MS relevant cases.
