The Kershaw effect. Wainwright went 20-9, ERA at 2.38, pitched over 200 innings, only gave up 10 HR in his starts. A lot of pitchers have won a Cy Young with worst stats.

But Kershaw is there, and his numbers are insane compared to anyone else's. Not to say that Waino won't win one, but Kershaw is the best pitcher on the planet right now.
