A No-no would've been fun, but I'm just excited for Tai pitching so well. His curve is so nice today and he's placing it well, hope its for real.

So Tai made some great changes to his delivery, some much needed tweaks. This may be a legit change for him.

Don't acknowledge it. Just let things happen...

I'm just enjoying the moment. It's fun as fuck watching them right now, and I'd be lying if I said I'm not focusing on playoffs but I'm just loving this.

Don't let your mariner pessimism stop you from enjoying a good time.

Oh I'm enjoying it like crazy. Just don't have any expectations.

Just heard on local news no Vinny in post season if Dodgers make it. :( Oct 2 is his last game.

They were talking about on it the Yankees game last night. He said he didn't want to keep having multiple goodbyes and if the Dodgers made the playoffs, he wouldn't know when his last game would necessarily be. He just wanted a firm, final finish to his career.

I was hoping for one last Kirk Gibson type of call from him in the playoffs.

After Vin, who is going to be that voice of baseball? Because today's choices are utter trash. I don't want soundbyte broadcasters, I want a Vin Scully, a Jack Buck.

Nothing will come remotely close to the experience of taking in a ballgame with Vin Scully behind the mic.

As a Mets fan I have it pretty good with Gary, Keith, and Ron but even find them annoying after awhile.

Listening to Scully as a kid on the NBC Saturday afternoon game of the week and in the postseason was an absolute joy and really takes me back to 80's baseball when hearing him in the present. Since then, I've watched more Dodgers games than I care to admit on the Extra Innings TV package just to hear Scully.

There is definitely going to be a gigantic void for me in regards to what I feel is a great baseball experience like no other.

Its interesting how us baseball fans don't mind the batflip, or the emotion on the field, but then we hate soundbyte broadcasters and the way the game is called by them today.

Ya'll are closer to BFIB than you realize.

:lol

I honestly don't mind who is calling the games for the most part since I don't pay too much attention to the announces when I watch the game.

LMAO, there was a super angry fat dude that got handcuffed and escorted from Minute Maid Park but not before continuously yelling FUCK THE RANGERS.

Fuck this head to head record. Such a piece of shit.

Fucking Gibby sitting Donaldson AGAIN? The team is sucking right now, what's the use of Donaldson if you don't make the playoffs?
We're told Donaldson will speak to the media after the game today. He's been unavailable to speak to this point in the series. #Bluejays

Looks like he is dead. RIP in peace Blue Jays.

The thing that Scully does really well is just call the game and keep the listener/viewer up to date on what's going on instead of putting in stupid bullshit that nobody cares about like the Jays broadcast always do. Fuck I hate both the Jays broadcasts.

What's to talk about? I don't want him to talk, I want him to play, even as DH.

Wilner is so useless, always making excuses.

Fire Gibby already.

He's probably injured. Thats why theres a press conference later or a trolk. I dont know. Who knows he might be done for the season.

Remember theres something wrong with his hip

EDIT:
Josh Donaldson to have MRI on ailing hip, per Ross Atkins. #BlueJays #MLB

Maybe, he does have a very violent swing, but if he can't play it's pretty much over for us, this is our window, they're probably not going to spend money next year.

Either way Gibby should be fired.

Baseball will just not be the same without Vin. For those that have grown up in or around LA, a piece of us, and the memories of our families, will retire with him.

Who the heck will take on the job of following up a legend like Vin?

I hope it's a new, fresh voice, and not the current Dodger B team of broadcasters.

I typed up a fake resume of my boy Dan McLaughlin and sent it over to the Dodgers front office. Enjoy!
