What did he say this time?
... He was doing his usual "boy Murphy is bad" schtick over the weekend and again Monday. I just don't get why he does this, yeah Mets fans know Murph isn't a power hitter or a Gold Glover at 2nd. He's an adequate fielding at 2nd (generous), but when he's on he won't hit homers but he'll rack up XBH. Murph has been slumping for the past month though.

This is the same guy who'd bury Castillo but hardly say a bad word about Jason Bay.

Uh-oh, Andre Ethier removed from the game after 1 AB due to injury.

They’re dropping like flies today, first Andy Pettitte, now Andre Ethier.

Ethier left the Dodgers-Giants game after sliding awkwardly into second base following a walk in the first inning. There have not yet been any updates regarding his condition, but he is gone. Some have tweeted that it seems like a hand injury.

Updates as warranted. Any updates that involve an extended absence of Ethier when the Dodgers have already lost Matt Kemp will be preceded by a warning for Dodgers fans to sit down before reading.

Sometimes an injury can wreck your groove. I was looking up the numbers and before Young got hurt he was batting .410 with five home runs and 13 RBIs in April.

Either he's still hurting or in the process of being hurt he picked up something mechanically that's messing him up.

The Royals had that horrendous 3-14 start to the season. Since then, however, they've gone 31-25. If they'd played the first month at the same winning percentage as they have the rest of the season, they'd be a SOLID 1st in the AL Central.
