I'm a huge GSP fan, but any kind of return at this point seems insane to me.
BJ Penn in 2016?
He actually has a fight in a month.
I don't think he understands that "not taking unnecessary risks" is his actual legacy, and worrying about a guy who looked like he strained his back taro farming only solidifies it.

Saw Ariel's YouTube interview with Eddie Alvarez and he talks a bit about the potential Conor fight at MSG. He says the ball is in Conor's court, it's all up to him if he wants to make the MSG fight happen. He always down plays McGregor's skills to the point of almost underestimating him. Eddie says he's the champ and he shouldn't be calling out fighters but come on now, a fight with Conor can get you double/triple your ppv payout.

205 is shaping up to the card 200 should have been. They should add Holm vs Tate 2 to round out the card, unless Rhonda wants back in.

Al Iaquinta vs. Thiago Alves
Those two are the only confirmed fights.
The rumored fights are Conor vs. Alvarez and Cowboy vs. Lawler.

Hes a boring motherfucker too. His MMA Hour interview was cringe worthy at times with Ariel doing his best attempts to get any kind of interesting conversation out of him. Someone compared him to a incredibly boring but incredibly good looking cheerleader who coasted through life on her looks and never had to have a personality. I think its pretty accurate

If i remember right his main issue was with the reebok deal.
Maybe he got bored of doing that silly history channel "finding Hitlers hiding bunker" bullshit show.

My buddy and I (who are Iaquinta fans) were just discussing him the other day - wondering what happened to him. He hasn't fought since April 2015. Pretty long layoff for a dude in his prime.
And normally I don't care for Evans but I'm definitely rooting for him against Kennedy.

That's way too generous. Two of the other four fights on the ppv card is Faber vs Jimmie Rivera (who?) and Jessica Andrade vs Joanne Calderwood.
Well, there's a lot of wrasslin fans on GAF cause it tends to go hand in hand with anime/videogames/nerd culture stuff. Probably not the best read on how 203 is actually going to sell.
It'll undoubtedly do better than say 201.

Rockhold got some pretty big modelling deals and now want more money to fight.
Time Kennedy was busy with his TV show and being an active military specialist who was out on actual missions. His latest comments on killing women and children and PTSD are way out of line and will likely get him in loads of trouble.
Its a fight. Anything could happen.
That being said I really don't see any way Punk wins.
