here’s no RTX 5070 Ti at $749 anymore at the MSI US Store. It doesn’t matter if the price change is an effect of US tariffs, higher demand, or simply the end of a promotion. This means that MSI has not respected its own launch pricing and has now become a scalper themselves. Even the most basic model, called Shadow 3X, which doesn’t even have factory overclocking, is now retailing at $819, a whole $70 more than NVIDIA’s MSRP:

MSI GeForce RTX 5070 TiOfficial priceConversion into euros including tax
RTX 5070 Ti SHADOW 3X$819.99948 €
RTX 5070 Ti SHADOW 3X OC$839.99971 €
RTX 5070 Ti VENTUS 3X OC$899.991041 €
RTX 5070 Ti INSPIRE 3X OC PLUS$929.991075 €
RTX 5070 Ti GAMING TRIO OC PLUS$969.991122 €

I was at Bestbuy this weekend. Did not see any 50 series anything on the shelves.
Need to drive to a microcenter and have them install one and make sure it has all the silicon it's supposed to.

The more you buy the more parts you can have to make an actual card

Hope the RDNA4 cards can hit that msrp and stay there....

These prices are dumb as hell but we know now that nvidia can restrict the availability just the right amount and still have enough demand to sell out.

That's insane. I'm convinced that anyone buying these cards at these prices are retarded. The value just isn't there at all.

Although I'm not convinced the AMD 9070 and 9070XT will fare any better, it's worth at least waiting until the end of this week to see what the pricing is like for their cards. If all is well, you would be way better off buying one of those.

MSI GPUs are manufactured in China. Guess what happened recently. With the upcoming increase you can expect the MSRP to hit close to $900. Unless Nvidia adjusts the price.
Did MSRP go up for Europe? Trump tariffs should have no effect on prices there.

They do it in waves, just wait. I got my founders that way and it took a week to arrive, they do they do every other Friday with their shipments.

Do MSI still do that thing where they turn off the fans below 60c? My current 1660ti does that and I was forced to set a custom curve because it would go through a cycle of loudly spinning up, cooling for a few minutes, then stopping until the temps crept up again. Awful choice.
