I'm sure that punch won't affect the amount of fame and pussy that guy gets, as the average "guidette" will probably think the girl had it coming to her or something idiotic like that.

Being fit and having a cute face isn't "cultivating a look" like Carolla was talking about in that podcast clip. It's just being hot. I don't know how you can equate having a nice body to getting tats and eyebrow piercings. :lol Being average looking but going for a certain "look" just works for guys a lot more than it does for girls, for whatever reason. It's kinda funny how women are so much more fashion oriented than guys are, but it's really the guys who can benefit from it the most.

And holy shit @ that Vinny the Chin video. That's not a real casting interview is it?

1. Both of them being guido/guidette

So just like in football, those two penalties offset(cancel each other out). So really there is no crime.

Look, ultimately there are shallow girls and shallow guys. If you target girls who are into this kind of thing, don't come screaming "woe is me" because you can't get them to be your girlfriend. Besides, why would you want any of those kind of girls to be your girlfriend anyways ? There are plenty of sensible girls out there but of course guys might not find them attractive. Maybe they don't dress the best or have an excellent figure/face and I see guys pass them up all the time for more attractive girls. It's a two way street, that's all I am saying.

No offense, but this comes off as some kind of pent-up rant that really has little to do with what you were responding to. That being, the notion that guys can attract and get laid a whole lot easier by acquiring a certain look/style, be it towards one extreme or the other. And it kind of puzzles guys who, by nature, don't really give much of a shit about a girl's "style" if they're not ultimately attracted to what's underneath the tats or crazy hair or glamorous clothes. Yes yes, girls and guys are both equally shallow, more on this breaking news as it develops!

Man I saw that punch on the previews and it looked pretty bad. Seeing it on that gif though, I didn't realize how bad it was. That's a solid hit to the face.

He meant that if a girl is physically fit and/or well-proportioned, men generally don't care about her "style". I don't think that's true.
