Poster Kyoufu seems to know something and said basically don't expect Shenmue 3 on XB1. Doesnt imply it's PS4 exclusive but rumours point that way.

IIRC he leaked XIII Versus -> XV move and knew about Street Fighter V for the PS4

there are still a lot of upcoming announcments that he had teased (his famous list)
