Ask the Pie sisters: Very cute and updates often

Ask Twilight Sparkle: Seldom updates but when it does, it's awesome

Ask Pipsqueak the Pirate: Fairly new but it's been updating steadily so far and has great art. Very adorable.

Ask Surprise: Been running for a relatively long time, as far as the ask pony tumblrs go. Very silly.

I suggest Virtualdub.
http://www.virtualdub.org/

Once you have it, just fire it up (it doesn't even need/want an install), and go to File > Open video file.

In the file selection window popup, change the file type to "Image sequence" and make sure that the "Automatically load linked segments" box beneath the pulldown has a checkmark.

Direct it to the first PNG in your folder and hit okay, and you'll have yourself a video to edit.

You can mark a selection of frames for copy/paste/delete/whatever by moving the slider (or using your keyboard arrows to move frame-by-frame) and then using those little black arrow icons to make start-end marks.

Go to Video > Framerate to adjust the framerate, and Audio > Audio from another file, to attach the music.

Go to Video > Compression to pick your compression method (I don't know what format Youtube likes, you might want to install something like Xvid), and then go File > Save as AVI when you're done.
