Looks like Rudy T is likely to become the next laker head coach.... Rockets just ok'd for him to talk to the lakers... I really wonder what they are going to look like in the next 2 years... If he becomes the Lakers coach...I don't think he'll let Fisher go...

/me shoots the messenger.

Is there anyway for a coach to do good and a team to do bad?

If there is, I hope it happens to LA. GO GO RUDY...DIE LAKERS

I think the Lakers are in the running for every major deal this off-season... They kind of have to be....

Well yea,but they wont be landing Tmac, they could be involved if it were some sorta 3-team trade.

From OperationSports forums

It was reported on NBC 10's Sports Final that they made an offer to Orlando yet the offer did not include Allen Iverson.

LOL! WTF do the Sixers have besides Iverson?!

I just heard on espn news that paxson will try and get either tmac or shaq to the windy city.

T-Mac on the Bulls...can both of my NBA worlds come together?!

From RealGM

The Houston Chronicle cites several league sources in reporting that the Rockets are the frontrunners to acquire disgruntled Magic Tracy McGrady and that a deal to bring the superstar to Houston could be done as early as Wednesday.

The centerpiece of such a deal would be a swap of McGrady for the Rockets' all-star point guard Steve Francis.

"I expect to know (by Thursday)," Magic general manager John Weisbrod said. "I can't say that I would expect that to be public information. I have every intention of knowing where that's going when we make these (draft) decisions."

McGrady's meeting with Magic ownership confirmed that McGrady intends to opt out of his contract and would prefer an earlier departure from Orlando.

Despite McGrady's contract status, the Magic has received no shortage of high-quality offers. League sources say as many as ten teams have contacted the Magic about acquiring McGrady.

Both the Bulls and Sixers have shit to trade...Looking into my magic 8 ball its says "Fuck aint going to happen dude"

The Bulls have tons of players to trade away. If the Magic GM is wasted. They've got to lace his drink with something, and then he'll take Curry and Chandler for Tmac.

bulls aint got shit!? strike 3 my friend! straight up trade pippen for mcgrady!

st_pip.jpg

OOOOO! TMAC JUST GOT SERVED! only the pippster can bust out those sweet ass break dance moves!

It would be stupid for anyone other than a competitive team to trade for T-Mac because he'll just up and leave the very next year and the team that traded for him will be nonplussed. Hell, I'd even question a team like Houston getting him, because of Shaq lands in Dallas, Mcgrady may very well walk away from Houston to go with Shaq the next year. Dunno...

You actually think any team would trade for Tmac without 100% guarantee he would re-sign with them.

No way in hell would the Rockets send Francis,Mobely and Cato if they didnt have him locked up long term.

I'm going to bed soon migdouche :p I got a 9 am dentist appointment *cries*

Patrick Reusse: Timberwolves should trade for Allen Iverson
Patrick Reusse, Star Tribune
June 8, 2004

THE TIMBERWOLVES used tremendous imagination last summer by bringing in Latrell Sprewell and Sam Cassell to join Kevin Garnett. The result was a journey to the Western Conference finals.

"Summer will soon return, NBA maneuvering will start and advancing farther in the playoffs will take more imagination from Wolves owner Glen Taylor and basketball boss Kevin McHale.

And here's the answer: Wally Szczerbiak and Michael Olowokandi to Philadelphia for Allen Iverson.

The salary matches would almost work. The 76ers could start fresh without Iverson. And coach Flip Saunders -- with the usual assist from Garnett -- could show us it's true that he can get most anyone to fit with the program."

LMAO!!!!!!!!111111111

Too many damn rumors...On hoopsworld some rumor is a Vince to Sixers for Iverson trade roofles

wally and the kandiman for iverson!?! holy shit yeah right! the sixers GM would be booed out of town... and probably get his ass kicked at some point as well

Orlando trades: SG Tracy McGrady (28.0 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 5.5 apg in 39.9 minutes)

Due to Orlando and Chicago being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Orlando and Chicago had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Suck it down! T-Mac coming to Chicago! Dynasty Reloaded!

Should have kept MVP DMdouche and you should have a working PS2 FMTdouche :(

why bother playing it online on ps2? no decent connection could be had with 99% of the people i played... and i got tired of destroying dm.

matrix, i was once 3 outs away from no-hitting DM, and then the game disconnected me after i popped out for the 3rd out to DM (which would have sent it to the top of the 9th, and my chance for the no hit). it said i violated fair-play rules

Its odd,Fifty and I have no lag :\ I swear they have cleaned it up.

We always had no lag. Matrix and I share a special "connection" :P

It could be because I live in T.O and he's in NYC. Or it could be because he lives across the street from me.

Only with Garcia, take him away and you were like a rookie called up from the minors.

Its legal!!!

Matrix, but the fact that Moyer with his 85 MPH fast ball even won a game is pathetic lol

I think his change up was faster then his fastball, wtf

LOL!!!

By the way, where are these "trades" coming from?

Matrix 1 hit me tonight with Tim fucking Redding. I had a rough night.

Its all in deception..his changeup made his fastball look ten times faster than it really was.

Ask Fifty all about it :p

LMAO I know who he is...the real question is did Dm do that on purpose? Did he feed him the ball all the time or was it in the flow of the game?
