Yeah, I know why he backed off initially, but he doubledashed alllll the way up-back. I know he sort of wanted to reset the situation, but it was a little premature.

It's 100% unblockable. He probably missed it because he didn't do it right but the times he did it right it was a true unblockable. The Battering Ram sets them up for block stun long enough that they land on the ground right into Missiles which locks for enough time for MODOK to set up the snot which hits low and then he goes for the overhead.

The combo he does afterwards doesn't do the most damage but builds a lot of meter and he does Jamming Bomb into Snap back right into the unblockable set up again. It's mad cheap.

Don't think it's completely guaranteed. He didn't go for it against Magneto when he was standing - the puddle would hit him in the face instead of going over, which would then mess up the unblockable. That's why he went with cr.H + Cold Stars > Battering Ram forward to then set it up(though I think you can upback in between cr.H and the Battering Ram).

Probably. It's definitely something that ultimately comes down to whether or not the player times it correctly, and reads the opponent's pushblocks right(like what happened against Josh Wong where he got thrown out of Hyper Battering Ram because he didn't expect the pushblock).
