I want to report an injustice and ask for a revision.
I was warning for a permban in a thread where I did no start the discussion and the other user keep tagging me and quoting me with nonsense talk and I was removed from a thread that I always contribuintes without never derail it.

Got a big ass warning cuz posted a video about the how naughty dog takes down illegaly videos in the tlou2 sony copy striking videos thread.
The video has zero spoilers.
The time stamp given lasts one second in a 14 min video where he mentiones a persons body position .
No picture or any visual is given.
The critical thinker video has a picture about something yet that video is posted in several threads and also has no context of that picture.
This video is about sony false copyright claims its not in any way a spoiler video.

Edit - I just checked... the guy barely post in the thread before the bully he tried yesterday he posted some comments in Feb 2020... he has less than 50 posts in the thread being half yesterday quoting/tagging me.
The guy posted in the thread probably with the goal to derail it since beginning.

I agree, if the report came from Darius87 then he's being overly sensitive. If you watch the whole video it's clearly stated that its not attempting to be a spoiler video but there may be unintentional spoilers. Here's where the report comes from (And you have to be actively looking to find a spoiler to be offended by), the Youtube guy highlights a non-spoiler tweet BUT the tweet just above that onscreen does have a mild spoiler. I had to watch the clip that Darius87 timestamped 3 times to notice it.
So Darius87 HAD to have watched all the video AND ignored the potential spoiler warning included in it just to be able to find a small maybe spoiler he could report.
I don't think you should have been warned for that, but I understand that the mod might not have time to look into the content that I have becuse right now I'm not busy.

I skim what i post in fear of perma ban.
I still say this is over the top and i got this by misstake but ultimately it will come down to the mods.
Problem is if i slip one more time anywhere else i get canned.
This warning cost me 4 points and insta ban on the next one

If you go to your member profile there should be a tab for warnings if you’ve had any. Has date issued, reason, date expired, number of points.
I had a 3 point warning expire last month and I’m finally point free. hopefully I can keep it that way

His goal was obvious, he adds nothing to the thread, yet I've learned a lot from you as being one of the biggest contributors to the thread. I hope this matter gets solved and reviewed with that consideration, thread trolls should not be equal to the ones that do their best to provide knowledge to the readers.

I racked up 6 points at one time last year and nothing ever since.
Those 6 got cleared now i have 4 cuz ot this.
But there ia also the number of warnings which is permanent so with this i have 3.
Not sure how many warnings till i get kicked out

Now, even though some say it's boring and moving in circles, many have contributed a lot in a very deep way technically and I personally learned a lot, one of them is

I agree with this part. The warring is getting tiresome. Seems like it creeps into almost every thread some days. Even just little odd jabs in either direction tacked onto the end of otherwise harmless posts for no reason other than to bait.
I personally don’t understand why someone has to crap all over one console in order to support the other.

And just to give my two cents, you guys did a good job there. Was very informative but i stopped posting as once some anus was calling me a rich fuck and that my child is a spoiled little shit . Reported him and in return i got banned from the thread for a week.

Yes it must be hard for mods but there should be a bit more guidance as of what flys and what doesnt.
I see a lot of inconsistencies as of late so i try to stay out of trouble but here we go again with this one from today.

Well, I would love it to be two/three teams (Nintendo people are chilling somewhere away from all of this) because it's fun
. Maybe my circle is filled with intense rivalry in football, both locally and internationally. For example, my family are into team blue locally (Al Nasr FC), my wife's family is from the sole rival red team (Dhofar FC). Back in like in the 1990's we had gang fights from each sides before derby matches. I'm used to conflicting rivalries in general and although it gets heated sometimes it doesn't escalate to hate from each side between friends indeed.Now, with the same guys I hang out with there are many different flavors, some support Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United (me), Manchester City, Liverpool etc. We can debate for ages, but we're still friends, sometimes even some people call the police to kick us out of one spot (restaurant/cafe) because we're too noisy that some can't sleep in the closer apartments.
But, and this is the most important, NEVER throw personal insults, you can laugh as much as you like about the rivals team (here it's Sony/Microsoft) but don't start doing it in a personal level. Minor names like stupid/clown etc can be taken by friends lightly anyway.
Yeah, sometimes you get insulted and report it and then get kicked in the butt as a bonus, tried it once.
I remember now that post when you got insulted, it was sick.I think it's better if the mods/members try a better way of making the threads more friendly, I laugh at Sony jokes myself. For me names like Sony fanboy, Sony Pony don't do anything to me except make me laugh/smile. But such insults and even threats like o'dium got against his daughter should never be taken lightly.

- I'm not sure what the darius thing is but you were reply banned for your posting between pages 1821 and 1822, more so page 1822 when multiple times from other users you were told to 'move on' and persisted with the personal feud. Multiple reports were logged for people fed up of having to read such a childish exchange that you drew out. We're not here to treat you with kid gloves, if you're disrupting the thread for other users trying to read it, you will be reply banned. I'd like you to read your contributions on that entire page back and legitimately tell us all what they bring to the conversation/thread for other readers - I don't expect this explanation to contain 'what about', or ask about others conduct - just specifically your content on that page. This is not the first time a mod has spoken to you about the need to 'have the last word'. Take it on the chin, and next time be an adult and step away. The reply ban will be upheld. - Your warning is because in the video posted (although it was on topic) it contained clear references of what the leaks actually were. A***, g*** c***, Joel. I think the warning timestamped them but am on mobile so can't be sure. The instaban is only applying to TLOU/ND leaks specifically which is outlined in the sticky in the main forum. This probably isn't as clear as it could be because the warning box has a character limit. I'm sure you know at the moment there are a lot of people trying to 'accidentally' post spoilers/leaks and mask them as mistakes. Or other people posting loosely related videos with spoilers in the middle of them. If you post a video or content embedded and it reveals any information from the leaks then it will be a ban. It was acknowledged that it's an honest mistake in our logs which is why it wasnt an auto ban, but you are responsible for curating the content you post, pertaining to this specifically. It has been logged so if tomorrow you were to post another 'mistake' of the same ilk we can safely assume it's not that 'accidental'. For example, if you were to be warned for being disingenuous about AC:Valhalla, this wouldn't be a perm related to the ND/TLOU warning. Leaks embedded in video's will be moderated more harshly as it means the mod has to spend time watching the video as well.

So let me ask you something... why you acted against me only and not the main offender? Why not both of you want to rely on the “fairness” policies?
If the rules works to one side why not to the other? How do you expect to me believe in the mod team if you continue to push one side only? It can look I’m playing the victim but if you acted and did the same thing to the guy that clearly started the derail with malicious intentions I may not be here boring you to death with suck routine affairs.
It is the second time that happens and the same result... the first time nothing happened to Dinamite dude and the mod team put all the “actions” over me probably because I don’t report people.

I just got BOTH FF7R AND The Last Of Us 2 spoilt by two different friends today.
Their reason is spoilers don't affect them, so why should they affect me.
And they also justified their action by saying being spoilt the story shouldn't affect my enjoyment of the game.
It's just ridiculous how insensitive some people can be.
Getting FF7R spoilt was bad enough, but I had to get TLOU 2 spoilt by another friend within the next 15 minutes.
And instead of shutting up and apologising, the one who spoilt ff7r said its my fault for playing so slowly and went on to spoil more details of the story for me.
