for those interested: New pickup! The insurance adjuster gave me the all clear to bring the car to the body shop. I can only imagine how much more the insurance premiums went up for the guy who hit me, because the bill as of today is $7416.86.

Wow, a similar accident happened to my girlfriend and I yesterday. A 17 year-old kid made an ill advised left turn out of a private driveway straight into our lane (aka oncoming traffic) and completely side-swiped the entire passenger side of her car - the side I was sitting on. The two doors on that side are completely FUBAR. Thankfully no one was hurt, but according to the cop who showed up, the kid is going to lose his license over it. I actually felt kind of bad for him.

Now we're just waiting to hear from the kid's insurance company. We're definitely going to have to replace both doors, unless they consider the car totaled; which would mean it's time for my girlfriend to go browsing for a new car - which she isn't too thrilled about.

Best looking Saturn model, and it looks like you've got a nice starter kit too; those white 3d controllers aren't common! Someday I'll be able to read Sakura Wars too. Even without knowing the language, there's a ton of great games ahead of you; I really had no idea how diverse the J library was. You could also look for the black Japanese stunner for Virtua Cop, but the orange NA one is a lot cheaper.

I'm always paranoid that my console's yellowing, since the promo console shots are always such a bright white. Nice to see it really is a more off-pearl color.
