There seems to be a lot of people into photography on NeoGAF. Anyone here selling stock on a website like www.istockphoto.com?

I'm fairly new to this, I opened a istock and a Photoshelter account. If you do sell on a website like this, please post a link to your stock collection.

I don't know a lot about stock photography, but I remember reading that stock places aren't interested in buying just a handful of your best pictures, they want to deal with photographers who can consistently supply quality images in quantity.

I have an account with Photoshelter, they pay well though. I'm not to interested in the microstock companies though, getting pennies per image doesn't make much sense.

You decide how much and how you want to sell your images. Photoshelter gives you 70% of the selling price. They don't sell below 50$ for an image.

It's probably the best deal going on in the stock world right now (Photoshelter). They seem to be interested in more "normal photos" than istockphoto.com. I mean, there's a lot of normal snapshots on Photoshelter, you ain't going to see that on normal microstock sites.
