So this was incredibly awkward watching with my sister in same room. This must be how that one guy that got caught watching porn in his sister's room felt like.

Anyways that was a very slow episode, all those reactions felt unneeded in the manga and even more unneeded in the anime. It could have been shortened. Now that that's over with lets get this moving.

I'm baffled that this hasn't been licensed yet. I can understand why Jojo would have a hard time getting licensed, but HxH? Jump on it already Funimation. One of the only long running shounen anime I would buy BD sets of.

Someone already has the licensed to it, the problem is they havent presented themselves or done anything with it....yet. us in toonamigaf hopes it would have something to do with toonami but its wishful thinking from us, the person who has the license sitll hasent shown themselves.

Man Pouf is crazy as hell. Great villain though. The animation in this show is so damn good.

I have no clue how this is gonna play out. I feel like the remaining group at the palace is going to get BODIED by Pouf, Youpi, and the King unless something crazy happens. Hopefully the King realizes Pouf is scheming and ends him with the swiftness. That would be so satisfying

I have a feeling the king already knows and probably deciding what he is going to do with the situation or is confused what he is talking about, remember they have a connection now and know what they're thinking, atleast in a vague sense. I think pouf forgot that.

In this case, it's not, really.. the blow up seems to make it a big deal but it's really not. There's no way to confirm anything without explicitly answering his question, which is itself a negative spoiler because it takes the fun out of someone's thinking of the possible outcomes. That's why I replied the way I did to that guy, to not shoot down his question but to not answer it. People just jumped to their own conclusions.

Here is the conclusion to this if you care, not a manga spoiler but don't read it unless you actually care:

I still maintain I didn't post a blatant spoiler, but I wanted to reply to the guy who asked a question that might have been ignored. I suppose it's pm or nothing.

My speculation (I actually found the post I made about this back then, so this is clean)

Spoiler

- They threaten the King into a winnable position using Komugi, and kill him
- They reach stalemate by holding Komugi hostage, similar to Kurapika/Spiders, probably involving Palm's ability in some way
- The King changes his mind thanks to Komugi (maybe the hunters explain everything to her and she tells him something) and becomes a good guy, then killed anyway because obviously the humans aren't gonna let him live this.
- The King sacrifices himself for Komugi in a coincidental/accidental scenario, outside of the Hunters' intent to use her (for example, he tries to save her from Pouf), which either cripples him or kills him
- Komugi dies before the King, and things escalate very quickly. King either kills himself or does something reckless in a frenzy that ends in his death.
- Silva/Jairo/Ging/Micky Mouse come to the rescue

Things that can kill or cripple him in any of the above scenarios:
- Nen condition (he can still make one with himself using a new ability/a pure nen condition, even without something like Kurapika's Judgement Chain)
- Potclean
- Self harm
Not counting things that aren't available right now like more bombs, or an ability like Judgement Chain

See from the above, and the previous posts from anime dudes in the thread, I personally felt like <actually edited out, what's the point, you know what I'm talking about> was a huge huge blind spot that I really enjoyed. I think it's a bit of a shame that it was teased for a few people here and they could connect the dots, ruining the surprise. But oh well.
