I just wish it looked a little more realistic.
I am not a fan of of how the humans look in most Dysney/Pixar animated movies.
A slighty different style could have worked imo.

Hmm. Doing as much as they can to avoid advertising it as a superhero movie, and going for boy and his robot comedy. Honestly sensible, considering they're leavin the Marvel name off the trailers and putting Disney movies up there instead.

I don't know how reliable this is, but a friend of mine worked on Disney Infinity 2.0 and one of the characters he was in charge of / tested / worked on was Baymax, and he said Marvel is essentially "giving" Big Hero 6 to Disney. So yeah I guess it's not gonna have all the Marvel logo placement and stuff on it anymore? Seems weird, since it's gonna be one of the Disney Feature Animation movies yet it seems the most viable to be turned into its own franchise.

This trailer has hit me in the feels. Damn. I loved every single thing that I have seen about this movie. The story premise, the character designs, the city, everything. The Incredibles + My neighbour inflatable Totoro + Power Rangers = Fuck yeah!

Loooking even better. Really disappointed this is a January 2015 release for UK. That sucks.

Love the way they've animated Hiro's hair.

inb4 brother is the bad guy (a robot)
inb4 Sasuke/Itachi comparions are made

This movie is hitting all of the right notes for me.

Can't wait to see this futuristic Tokyo-infused San Francisco so breathtakingly realized in animation up on that huge IMAX screen! Yup, day one.

The brother is the bad guy I'm calling it. The quality of the CG looks incredible though!
I'm not convinced that they would go that dark with it. We see deaths and villains in Disney films but to have the bad guy be his dead brother who he clearly idolizes very much judging by the footage we've seen... I don't know. I had the same thought as you but I figured it was probably a bit too far, so I'm doubting it.

the brother being the villain seems too obvious, pretty much every movie sites I visit that talk about the trailer think that the kabuki guy is the brother. I think it's just red herring.

I wouldn't be surprised if the villain has something to do with the brother's death though.

His brother being the villain wouldn't make sense at all, the primary theme of the film is supposed to be Baymax helping Hiro get over his grief. Having his brother turn up again would kinda undermine that.
