well there have been insiders that gave info that very much matches the info in the github leak. also apparently DigitalFoundry talked to 2 of these insiders and they confirmed them... so why not believe both? the docs and the insiders?
the thing is there are many insiders with many different stories... not all of them can be true even tho all of them are from "insiders"
so yes, the github leak is still by far the most believable out there, I know that this is an issue for some who don't want that to be true, but many are acting like the inders that tell a different story are instantly more believable, which they are not.
this is literally at the point of religious thinking, my god (insider) is the one true god, all the other gods can't possibly be real!
even tho basically all we got is infos that could be true, or could be fake... they could be true but outdated... they could be wrong but not due to lies but due to miscommunication.
we don't know and I think anyone who takes any source we currently have as fact is worshipping a god that is yet to be proven true.

the no RT stuff can be explained by either a Sony made external solution, or a chip that was only an early version.
this is also the issue with many insiders. how do we know their info is 1: Up to date and 2: not victim to miscommunication?
I don't believe the github stuff, but I think it is still the most believable of all the leaks and info we have. but I also think it is highly likely that these specs are not 100% final. especially since clock rates and active CUs can change very much in the late stages of development.

Uncharted 4 was initially revealed in 60fps, I'm really not seeing much of a problem with 24fps if it's just a cutscene.

Both will have CPUs = Zen2 @ 0 -4ghz, 8 to 16 cores.
Both will have GPUs = between 6TF GCN to 16TF Navi
Both will have Ram = 8GB to 32GB something
Both will say they have RT = some kind of solution between 0 & 100%.
Both will have some type of HDD.
The thread is fun to read today.

To be honest neither I. 24p is normally an option in some current TVs (true cinema) for watching bluray at most like they're seeing the show from the camera.
Put much more emphasis in cinematic IMO. Not saying is good for gameplay. Hell no.

what a reliably leak would have is exact core counts and max clock speed
but with such info we also could only speculate how far they will push the hardware. Nintendo for example underclocked the Tegra X1 like crazy
