I'm having trouble charging it via cable. It seems the conector is faulty and I have to push down on the cable/conector on the phone's end with some force to properly make it work. Like having a heavy object like a glass on top of the connection to the phone.

Any idea how to procede? I klnow I could always swith to a wireless charging device, but it's not feaseble to have one at each location I go to.

Also, the OS has been really slow for the last 2 weeks or so. Any recommended app to deal with it?

Can anyone recommend me a case for my 5x?

I just got it last night and I feel that the lip around the screen just barely isn't tall enough. Preferably a case on the thinner side.
