Where's Harry Potter at? I don't generally talk shit post game but where is he at now after all of the Eli vagina shit-talk and going on about how the Niners were going to destroy the Giants? Better roll your ass out of hogwarts and eat crow.

#10 on the Niners gave the game to the Giants.

So disappointed. We had that game fucking WON if not for two turnovers by Kyle williams. Our D was stepping up all over the fucking place, too.

Great game Giants fans, good luck in the superbowl :*(

I'm actually interested in seeing Flacco with a good coordinator. He can make all the throws. Gets some happy feet but lots of guys do. He can be a top 10 guy consistently.

But Alex is not an NFL QB. His WRs are a problem, but he was basically Tebow out there. Must upgrade that position if they want to be SB champs. They were also ridiculously healthy this year, which won't happen again next year. Harbaugh will have trouble hiding him again

I still don't know how in the fuck did SF go 1/13 on 3rd Down Conversions

Not once did they call a slant, the G-Men DB's were giving space, what do they do, run gore, run gore, pass into double coverage

Good Job Alex

SF was conservative as fuck, 49'ers fans gotta admit that, at least against NO, you took shots and were pumped, the weather should be an afterthought

SF should've been aggressive, but they went stupid with the "We the Best #2 Eva'", our D hungry, yeah so hungry that you created a famine for yourself

Brady plays in the most pass happy era the NFL has ever seen. Montana could put up 600 yards a game if he played now.

I'm not disputing Montana's greatness. I just think it's stupid to say Brady isn't as good as Montana because of his era when it's obvious both players had help from their respective teams.

And quit it with the straw man arguments, they're older than Steven Tyler ffs.

your defense sucks donkey fucking dick. I figure this will be more Packers vs Giants than 9ers vs Giants.

The Patriots defense is better than the Packers defense was at that point but okay. You're welcome to your opinion, but since you seem to be a Mets and Jets fan, I don't see why I would consider it informed in the slightest!

oh HOW THE FUCK CAN THE NINERS DROP PATRICK WILLIS IN COVERAGE IN 99% OF THE PLAYS THAT IS DISGUSTING

That team is so stacked, too bad Alex Smith is fucking terrible.

Thanks! I'll make sure to send him a letter of appreciation for his charity! It's always good to have a double agent on the other team willing to hand out gimmies!

No doubt. Twice they should have had it.

And Eli's fumble, too.

Someone mentioned the lack of slant routes and that surprised me too. I think they tried going to it on the first play and then never went back. They had their WRs running these comeback routes where they were barely open and Alex was throwing it at their feet because he was scared of a TAINT.

Anyways, just keep Brady and the Pats away from the Niners records.

Who's doing the Superbowl post? Isn't it normally Buckethead? I assume he's lost a bit of motivation.

shitting up more sports threads i see..

Great games today, really enjoyed watching both, definitely helped the bears weren't in either. Tough game how the 49ers lost though.

I really did miss quite a season as I keep hearing talk about Ginn. Did Ginn somehow manifest into something useful when he was sent out West? I only remember him being dogshit.

Well he catches the ball and runs. Kyle Williams looked really shaky all game. Even the routine returns he had where he was tackled around the 20-25, he looked scary out there. One of the punt returns, he actually dove forward to catch in traffic (dumb as shit). Ted Ginn has the experience to know whether to let a ball go or to just get under it and call a fair catch.

Hopefully Jay Cutler was watching Eli Manning today to learn how to not quit in a Championship game. Oh no he didn't go there. Yes I did!

Tom Brady is the best QB of his generation. Thats about the only thing we can argue. The game has changed so much. Even defensively outside of attacking the QB, rules even in favor of the defense have been changed.

Take him back please. His love of Eli is frightening in its intensity.

we would have hoped his team losing in the stanley cup finals in embarrassing fashion last season and then having a riot in his city would have weakened him, but nope...he's spreading.

I'd say it was a tough way to lose for both Ravens and Niners.

You should see his Sedin worship, a truly frightening spectacle.

oh shit, yea i forgot about that. brutal. Was hoping for a Ravens 49ers superbowl to be honest i'm okay with the rematch.

So I tried arguing to my friend that if Eli wins this Superbowl, that he should be recognized as the better Manning. He counter-argued saying Peyton will be a always better due stats, more playoff appearances, and the whole bunch. What do you guys say?

Wait, people are actually serious about this shit? I was under the impression that everyone was joking about Eli becoming bbest-Manning.

You ARE joking right?

pwill cleans up the messes in the middle of the field. he's not a great blitzer either but he is improving

he's a beast bro, your defense is so good. unfortunately your QB was your undoing. =(

Also i couldn't bring myself to root against the Giants. In a room of people I loved I didn't want them suffering the same thing as I the last two seasons =/

Welli or Future, maybe one of you can clear this up. It seems to me that teams tend not to run slants against y'all, and I think it's because your d-line does such a good job of not getting on the ground. The usual counter's obviously to cut down on the defensive line to clear the passing lanes, but that's a risky proposition with the athleticism of JPP, Osi, Tuck, Canty, etc. You're basically giving each of those guys a free run at your QB.

As Matt Ryan learned when JPP jumped straight over Clabo's attempted cut block.

Eli is probably going to be playing longer than Peyton when all is said and done. Its possible.

our "undoing" was 2 killer turnovers. granted, it shouldn't have mattered if alex could've gotten 30-40 yards late in the 4th but i don't put this game solely on alex or solely on kyle williams. pathetic that we were 0/14 on 3rd down or whatever it was but even with all that the fumbled punt returns were killer.

what a shame because our defense played one of the best games of the season (a season filled with great defensive performances)

Peyton is far and away better. Couple of things though, Peyton plays in a dome for half his games, Eli is playing in shitty East Rutherford. Also Eli in the playoffs has been much more successful in less chances than Peyton which sways people's opinions.

Yeah, who knew we'd need Ginn so bad either, unfortunate injury. I just find A. Smith much too inconsistent as a QB.
