2 more things about the Pats before I'm going to enjoy this Cowboys-Eagles game.

1. Is Bill Belichick outdated and done ?
2. Logan Mankins has been turrible this season.

1.I don't think he is done, but he can't do everything anymore. He is trying to be the coach, scout, gm, and that is hurting the team overall. They have to take some control away from him, and get him a new DC/OC he can trust.
2.I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed this. He is playing like garbage. Waters has easily outplayed him.

The Patriots were at their best when they could pressure the QB.They dont have anyone who can do that.As soon as they get some, this defense will be a whole lot better.

How will the pass rush improve ? It won't improve with 'new' systems because they are outdated, it won't improve via the draft because for some reason the Hoodie doesn't draft pass rushers in the first round (and in the later rounds they don't work out at all) and not by signing free agents or trading for players (Adalius Thomas and Ochocinco say hello). Bill Belichick is riding the Brady-gravytrain hard at the moment, if Brady wasn't a God the record last year would not have been 14-2.

BB is not drafting well, not trading/signing well, not coaching well and is not building a good team of coaches around him. During the 'dynasty' he had good OC's and DC's to help him, now he doesn't even officially give them the titel of offensive coordinator.

Eh..... huh?

I like McCoy, and undoubtedly he could be better if we had a decent right side to the lien and some receivers with seperation... I just think public opinion is going against him, rather than with Shurmur.
That's all browns fans for you. Been suffering since THE RETURN in 99'. Listen in on 92.3the fan this week, it's going to be hilarious. Half of whats going on isn't McCoy's fault. (god awful, and I mean terrible WRs, no back field with pussy Hillis and Mr. I can't catch a football hardesty, 2 of OL going down I believe before the season began.) Also changing coaches during a lockout with limited practice time, on top of that, new offense and 4-3 defense. I mean, dear lord.

Team leads the league in dropped passes. And that's without Braylon Edwards on the team.

Let that sink in.

Maybe after this season BB will change his attitude and get some better players because thats the only thing that will help.

Until then we have to put up with the mess at defense.

Sadly the weather and pussy infrastructure in PA (since when did a minor snowstorm cause this much shit to get fucked up?) prevented me from enjoying this historic beatdown of the Pats in the manner that it demanded. It has been 10 very long and difficult years, but our time has finally come. Even though it seemed like it was 2001 when I saw Kevin Faulk catching bullshit dumpoffs that went for first downs and Deion Branch making a complete ass of himself and the entire Patriots franchise with his antics in the endzone, but now it is obvious that it is over for Brady and the Pats.

With the exception of a one bad series that followed a typical Patriots cheap shot, Ben shat all over the Pats pathetic defense today. I think that was partly aided by Hines being hurt giving us 3-4 real options to defense, which is 2-3 more than this pathetic group is capable of. And when Woodley was there we shut the Pats vaunted number one offense down. They didn't do shit and kept trying to pass even though the run was there all game. It was very, very, very gratifying to see Bellicheat look like a total dumbass and complete shitbag that we all know him to be. The only negative from this game was that Wallace was held in check.

Today's games really showed how shitty the league has become too. I can't think of one team that is deserving of hoisting the Lombardi this year. This years winner is going to be in the class of the Bucs or Ravens when they won in a watered down league, unless the Packers win then people will make them a dynasty and ignore the fact that the league is total garbage this year.

But enough with that crap. The Steelers are number one in the AFC!

niners biiiiiiiiiiiitch!

dominant first half and some missed opportunities in the 2nd half. game was a lot closer than it should have been but even when the browns cut it to 17-10 i wasn't worried. the review we had should have been called a TD.... ball crossed the goal line! but whatever, didn't matter.

browns pass D looked pretty decent. alex missed a big play to crabcakes and a couple other throws he was inaccurate on but he had a solid game overall. gore beasted on the browns run D in the 1st half and that's all we needed.

welp, 4 game lead in the division already. rams/seahawks/cards fucking suck balls. i have no doubt all of our games against those teams will be hard fought games though. they always are in our division (even when the tables were turned and those teams were good and we sucked). just have to beat the redskins next week and set ourselves up nicely for the giants game. if we can beat the redskins and giants we set ourselves up nicely to get the 2nd seed in the playoffs. that's looking too far ahead at this point but those are the facts!

well no shit. the packers haven't played anybody this year and they won't play anybody the rest of the season. the toughest games left on your schedule are the fucking chargers and lions. if you guys lose more than 1 game all year that is embarrassing!

Make sure to beat the Bungles and Ravens this year and I will get on board the Niners bandwagon as the NFC Champions of Destiny! You are halfway to that illustrious goal! Imagine 3 wins against the best division in football. That will be a feat worthy of Montana and Eddie D!

At the bar yesterday, while getting some cash from the ATM I overheard some douche dressed like Popeye go off on a tangent on how the Cowboys are still one of the best teams in the NFL. Not having conversated I turned to him while waiting on the machine with a grin, "How can any NFL team be considered one of the best if your QB is Tony Romo?". His friends laughed at him and upset he asked me to name five better quarterbacks. I responded with "What team does Playoff Win play for?"

The difference is that the Pats suck total balls this. I wont be surprised if they don't even make the playoffs this year.

I would rather be a Patriots fan than watch a baseball game.

I just call it like I see it!

A win against the Ravens will give you a 3-1 record against the AFC North this year (best division in football!).

I was cheering for you bastards today and I will do it again when your defense shows just how elite Flacco can be!

i don't consider thrashing flacco anything to be proud of. infact, to the contrary, i feel ashamed. it's like playing a 5 year old in basketball and blocking all his shots and dunking on him. he's just not physically or mentally developed enough to compete. but hey, we can only play the teams/people on our schedule :(

They doubled up on the cheating cameras and live chicken sacrifices. Enough of your treachery and witchcraft talk, take your beating like a man.

This is what I thought last year after the Browns game... however I think this year is different. That being said Bill is cocky and stubborn. Cutting Bodden was a huge mistake, particularly the timing of it... funny his replacement not only got lit up, but ultimately BENCHED. Smart move Bill. I don't think he'll learn though, because even after what he did last year, then went 14-2.

Are the Cowboys trying to confuse them by letting them score?
To be fair no one would have expected them to run this much, despite their immense talent at the position. Reid will find a way to fuck it up by passing the rest of the game.

In 2001 Ben was not the qb for the Steelers and the Patriots did not have a historically bad defense.
