Man Fallout Philadelphia would be awesome. It is such a huge city with a really wide variety of buildings, place you could see things like the Constitution Center and the Liberty Bell.

Reset your sound options on PS3 menu but it's weird the sound doesn't always work right on the load screen for GTA.

If you're still seeing it in gameplay then I don't know what to tell ya
