There have been a bunch of examples of former QBs not being able to tell the difference. Both sides are only selectively using some as evidence. It's obvious some people can tell and some people can't. You can't use it as definitive proof.

This is not a criminal case. They don't need to prove intent. The NFL is a private organization and they can use whatever standard they want.
Unless your eyes are closed it's pretty clear that if the facts we have been told are true this is obviously more than enough to show via a preponderance of evidence that the Pats were involved in deflating the balls.

Spin, you didn't ask me but Guacamelee is a wonderful game, especially if you like games of that type.
I'm so conflicted, that game looks so fun.
But I hear a lot of good things about Child of Light and Never Alone. Never Alone looks like it would be super short though.
I love Child of Light, do you like jRPGs? Some people hate the way they rhyme things but I found it alright. The battle system is kinda interesting. I completely 100%ed the game. There may be a demo to check out. The only other game I've played is Guacamelee which is a fun Metroidvania. It may have a demo too.

If you actually read my posts, you would have seen that I said Mort gets his sources from Schefter, and Twitter. Schefter shares his info with Mort so it doesn't look like Schefter is overpowering as an "insider."
