There are only two celebrations to NFL players: bad LeBron ripoff, or bad shmoney dance.

He didn't have possession, he was falling into the endzone. On a punt like that, either he throws it back to his teammates to catch the ball, which he did or he grabs the ball with both feet clearly down at the 1 yard line.

If you are able to throw the ball then you have possession. He caught the ball, then threw it back. He did not bat the ball.

Lions fans really desperately grasping at straws as they circle the drain.

Yeah it seemed pretty obvious to me the ball was held with two hands before being thrown.

Football players should do fighting game characters imitations more often. Someone should throw their helmet off like terry bogard.

The Steelers have the unique ability to make a teams weaknesses disappear. Only we could make Mettenberger and Sankey look competent.

If he caught the ball and had possession at the one yard line why attempt to throw it back to your teammates? Because he was falling into the endzone which would've at least resulted in us getting the ball at the 20 yard line.

To down a punt you need to be in full control with both feet planted. The Cardinals special teamer was falling into the endzone.

He had better control of that football than Megatron did on that drop in the end zone that Lions fans still won't shut up about.
nah that's not true, but they definitely both had possession in their own right.

lmao since when does "planted" mean standing straight up without falling at all? he had both feet on the ground, that's what planted means.

He was downing a punt not catching a pass. He had two feet down but his body was falling into the endzone.

He had full control of the ball with both feet in the field of play. He doesn't need to stand like that for the rest of his life. We'd run out of football players.
