Decent article on the Rays in Tampa stadium possibilities as well.
St. Pete being slow to allow the Rays to look around means there will be no good space in Tampa left. The mayor used to be the biggest roadblock to a new deal, but after he was replaced now it's the council. Really don't think a deal will get done and the Rays will have no incentive to stay in the area.
