Just heard audio of Joquie Bell on a sports radio show this morning. The hosts were talking about Stafford being benched, and asked Bell if he felt for Stafford during that moment. Bell tried to dodge the question initially but finally settled for "no comment."

Bell is not a good RB this year (I think he came back too early and is injured) but he's a great teammate and leader. The fact that he didn't defend his QB tells me there's a rift between the team and Stafford.

I think he's a hell of a coach, but I wonder how good he is at evaluating talent.

I think he would just want his own guy as GM. Like Fisher, Kelly and Sean Payton have it set up. They don't want to/can't scout for 3rd round picks and street free agents in November. But they do have final say and make the big decisions, like big $ FAs and 1st round picks

Irsay has said in the past he favors the Giants model of a GM and doing personnel and the coach coaching, but I think he would bend to take Harbaugh

I mean it is all silly. Michigan is Harbs' dream job. Ross will pay him whatever he wants and there is not an owner to ever step in and tell him what to do. He's the most powerful man in Michigan.
