And it was because he was a mismatch in the passing game not running the ball. The pats offense wasn't the same after Lewis went down. He was the perfect rb for the pats offense.
He was far far better than any of the other rbs they had.

It sounds like Trent Dilfer is leaving ESPN??
I just hope the Pats never win another football game.I just hope Lewis comes back from the injury.
I just hope the Dolphins get sent to Siberia.I just hope the Pats never win another football game.
Damn, who is going to tell us that "the team that scores the most points will win the game" now?

Trent Dilfer left a long time ago. They hired an actor to play Trent Dilfer and you can't tell the difference. It sounds like Trent Dilfer is leaving ESPN??
A lot of people are leaving ESPN lately.
I can't wait until they lose to the Raiders in the Divisional Round next season. The Pats offense hasn't been the same since they got slammed for cheating again.
I'm not sure that I've seen Mitch so excited about a draft pick. He said something interesting in his presser; He said that Hargrave would be playing the 3 technique in base defense. Does this mean the Steelers are going to transition to a 4 man front? Did he misspeak?

PFF Draft ‏@PFF_College 22h22 hours ago
Houston Texans UDFA K Ka'imi Fairbairn missed just 1 of 32 attempts from inside 40 yards, over the past two seasons
WEAKNESSES Three of his four misses came in the fourth quarter. Kickoff hang time was average by NFL standards. Could cause major issues for jersey maker if he asks to go by given name Ka'iminoeauloameka'ikeokekumupa'a.

Tannehill doesn't play for the patriotsThey have some nobody throwing it now, I don't think that's important.
Last yr:
3rd in the NFL in points (29.1)
6th in yds per game (374.4)
5th in passing yds per game (286.7)
This while Gronk, Edelman, Amendola and Lewis missed multiple games last year. Also the Patriots O Line that was bad last year.
The good news is these rankings are worthless.Usa today's draft rankings: http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...-grades-picks-class-analysis-rounds/83771600/
Eagles are dead last.

Of course they are. Just thought it was something to read today. It is probably for the best to not have people saying you had the absolute worst draft, but in the end it will all depend on if went is good or not.The good news is these rankings are worthless.
Well, if you read Disney's investor reports, you'd see that ESPN has been struggling to deal with cord cutters, while at the same time being locked into long term contracts with the NFL, NBA, SEC and other leagues. ESPN needs to cut costs so you can imagine where executives are going to look. Those former athletes are going to get axed left and right.
There goes a lot of former player perspective analysis, lol
So nothing of value will be lost, then. There goes a lot of former player perspective analysis, lol

My first thought was the opposite. They value entertainment over analysis. Dilfer wasn't good at either. He wasn't even a particularly good football player.
MMQB on Tunsil Pick from Miami
Good read on what went down in Miami War Room as Tunsil kept falling. So glad Miami did the smart thing and took him.

I would also approve this trade. Is this the trade? Siberia Dolphins and the Pats never win another game, ever?
Done.
