NFL Off-Season |OT3| Josh Freeman is fat and eats too much food. Fat. Fatty. Fatfat.

Simple. Jets suck.

Also, we should probably decide as a group whether or not Peyton and the Broncos will be good. If yes then that changes a lot of team's schedules drastically.

Like all Peyton Manning-led teams (okay most PM led teams), they'll be great in the regular season and then find a way to choke in the playoffs.

I'll laugh my head off when Pittsburgh goes into Mile High and beats them in the divisional round a year after Tebow beat the Steelers there.

If they can beat the Ravens they have a good chance of going 16-0.

FMT's hyperbole was successful, I'm more afraid of the Niners than the Ravens. How long is Suggs out, anyway?

If they could succeed with Tebow, they should be good even if Peyton's head falls off and they have to put it in a Futurama style glass halfway through the season.

I just think Peyton won't be the same. I think his arm will be weaker and I'm not sure a guy with a broken neck should be trying to play football. Their D was also awful last year. Tebow did shit the bed vs the Pats and Bills, but the D was just as bad in those games. That division is always so mediocre that 8-8 could win it again.

Plus, there's got to be karma for all the crap they have said about Tebow after he left. And you can't blame it all on the Jets. MIA had that fluke wildcat year, but aside from that, they and the Bills aren't even speed bumps for Brady

OH GOD DAMN I FORGOT THE KRAFT TREACHERY!!

He got Goodell to give him a London "road" game versus the Rams. We would have had a chance if that game was in STL . . .

Their receiving corps should be so good by now, they don't need a QB. At least against our D.

Also, if you google "forty niners roster", Kyle Williams is the first player to show up. Google knows who's important!

I think our D will be a lot better than it was.Hightower alone makes it better.

The Pats are benefactors of the cheapest division in football. The next best team is mediocre at best, and the Bills and Fins haven't been relevant since the 90's. What was the average of Pats divisional wins over the past 5 years? I'm sure it's 5-1. 5 guaranteed wins.

I agree with you about Peyton. Even forgetting the neck, Peyton is 36 years old, just came back from a year off, on a new team. Even if they make the playoffs this year, it's still downhill. Hope he's happy with one Super Bowl win, cuz that's what he's gonna retire with.

No Bafög for you?

There's a limit to how much your parents can earn if you want Bafög. So no, with a mix of no tuition, my parents paying most of my living expenses and me working a few smaller jobs, I'm free.

I'll also have a shit degree, though, so not that it matters. Should probably do another Bachelor's afterwards, and my parents won't help me out with that one :jnc

I've brought this up before, but great teams usually have the good fortune of playing in shit divisions. Steelers and Cowboys in the 70s, Pats and Colts in '00s, SF in the 80s-90s. I really think the Steelers and Ravens have cost each other a SB or two. They killed each other every year while the Pats and Colts were resting by Week 15

You serious, bruh? Steelers 2. Colts 1. Steelers have won 2 since the last Pats victory.

Ravens would have been to the dance at least once if they didn't have the Steelers to face every year.

This year, the Rats pretty much crushed us and ended up a Lee Evans choke away.

Looked up the past ten seasons, 6-0 once, 4-2 three times, 5-1 for the rest.

But the Pats and Colts have gone to three other SBs, and beaten BAL and PITT in other seasons. Difficult to quantify obviously, but I think the Steelers/Ravens have an extra SB or two if they weren't killing each other twice a year.

Damn straight! Going to one of the best Economics school in Urope next year and when I'm done, I have 0 debt.

Stop depressing me. I had awesome grades in school, but was completely clueless about my future afterwards. So I proceeded to waste 4 years of my life on nothing and a useless degree, and now I am where I started, just older and more cynical.

What I'm trying to say is, you're doing the right thing. I should've made better plans before.

I was clueless for the last 2 years! But now I'm here, a little less clueless! Being a little clueless is part of the game man.

E-hug.

In Urope, we pay around 10k/15k, but if you finish it successfully you get it back from 'The Man'. (At least in The Neverlands).

Any body on NFL Gaf watch Caprica on Netflix? Watching it before I start Battlestar Galatica. On episode 10 now

Didn't know this existed. I'm about 6 episodes (including the miniseries) into BG. Edward James Olmos is great. I'll probably finish this before checking out Caprica, assuming it came afterwards?

That's an interesting system.

Over here, in most states we pay nothing for public universities. There's a loan system for living expenses though, where you only have to pay back parts of it once you start earning money.

Isn't Caprica the miniseries? Or am I missing something else, and it came before.

Edit: I mean in the timeline it came before, but BG might of came first I'm not sure

Looking at the wiki Caprica is the prequel, makes sense now. I enjoyed it. I remember seeing BG on tv a long time ago, but never really gave it much attention. So far it has been really good.

Excited to start it man, I'm just trying to fill the void left in my heart after I finished Lost haha
