What is the deal out in California? They seem to have issues at lots of its stadiums. Dodger Stadium beatings. The guy and his kid getting verbally abused in Candlestick. The fights from that preseason game pictured. The Northeast has a rep for loud and obnoxious fans, but aside from Philly, there doesn't seem to be the severity of problems that happen out in CA

But in all seriousness, they don't have ESPN America in France? I never looked into Game Pass, but from my understanding it works pretty good and the videofeed is good quality.
And a quick and fun way to learn about football is to pick up a Madden game.

NFL Game Pass is awesome. If it's affordable to you (~300 for the regular season, AFAIR), then I can only recommend it. There's "free" alternatives, but they're far from the same quality and ease of use.
As for learning the rules, I always kept Wiki open during games and looked stuff up between plays. For the rest, I just ask GAR.

Speaking of Europe, woke up just to see the Wimbledon final starting up and its great stuff. Makes me wish I lived on the west coast during football season, wake up and have some breakfast then tune in to catch some games. Way better then waiting till 1 in the afternoon.
