@mikerodak: I wouldn't bank on it. We've talked about this for months, but Manny Lawson fit well in Mike Pettine's scheme last season and excelled in his role as a stand-up, close-to-the-line player. That position doesn't exist in the same way in Jim Schwartz's defense.While we don't know the exact circumstances of Lawson's absence, he hasn't helped himself by not showing up for voluntary OTAs. Doug Marrone shrugged when asked about Lawson last week, saying he hadn't heard from him. Lawson was a quality veteran presence within the locker room last season but when it comes down to final cuts this August, will he have enough traction to stick? Maybe not. The Bills are giving Jacquies Smith plenty of looks at defensive end in OTAs and while he's ideally a back-of-the-roster player, he would be cheaper and younger than Lawson as a reserve option at defensive end.

I'm rocking Rosalina/Jet Bike/BL Standard/Cloud Glider

When I go Kart I pick Mario or my Mii. Circuit Special/Roller/Super Glider. I'm looking it a lot :3.

I can't race well with the heavy characters at all, same if they're too light.

Are you playing in the GAF tourney room? GAF racers are ruthless...one mistake and you get hit by half a dozen items and go from 1st to 8th. Single Player 150cc is basically training mode to the dickfuckery you'll see online where everyone is super aggressive.

Currently I'm going Bowser/Yoshi Bike/Roller/Bowser Kite. Haven't unlocked anything else yet.

Just picked up Mario Golf. So far it feels like a rougher version of Hot Shots Vita. Short game is atrocious so far, I feel like I overestimate how much slope I have to deal with. When I play with manual controls, do I hit A and B together to achieve super topspin/back spin, or is it a one-two thing?

Picking up MK8 tomorrow with birthday monies. Have off all day Wednesday so I think I'll partake in some online with my GAF cohorts.

One-two thing. A twice for top-spin, A then B for super, B twice for backspin, B then A for super. The second button press doesn't have to be right away. you have until the swing hits the ball to enter it.

Alternatively, you can just tap the appropriate icon on the touchscreen instead of pressing buttons.
