Well, everyone talks about how character issues lead to him dropping in the draft, and he didn't show any of those in NE. Plus desperation in a weak supply situation.
I'd rather keep him than flip him for a third. If they do that, I'll read something into it.

Why in the flying fuck would Mallet Warrant a 2nd? He hasn't done anything or proven anything. It's not even like he has a market to drive the price up to a 2nd. Cassel atleast started basically a whole season and did pretty well. Let's not pretend like BB is the most awesome Qb guru ever and anyone he touches is gold

Not sure why you wouldn't when almost all of the third party titles on consoles are released on PC and you'll get better visuals/framerates. Get that rig hooked up via HDMI to your TV and all is well

I think I'm looking for something between their standard and enhanced builds(hoping that'd be good enough to run pretty much everything). I guess my biggest confusion is that being out of the PC game for so long, component numbers for video cards in particular, are just really confusing to him.
See numbers, look up benchmarks for them, and they are all over the damn place. Their naming sucks ass. Shit could be so simple if they didn't name cards as they do.
I'd rather not spend over 700 on it, as I need to replace my monitor as well. Built a PC back in 09 and with monitor it ran me like 950. I hate to do that again already, but it's seeming more likely.
If anything it's home team bias. We drafted him, he's worth this at least. Even with that said, I don't understand the rush to dump Weeden. Sure, bring in some guys to compete and push him, but if Weeden isn't the answer I highly doubt Mallett is especially for a draft pick. Browns are just going to have to find talent in the draft, and coach them up. Or get lucky.
4th seems about right to me. It's not like he gains value by sitting on the bench.
You current PC, how is the case? Power supply? Hard drive?
Ostensibly the backup QB learns and refines his mechanics while sitting on the bench. While it obviously doesn't happen all the time, Rodgers is a good example of mechanics being totally reworked while sitting on the bench. Also, with Mallett, as has been said, he fell in the draft due to character issues, which have seemingly been dealt with during his time in New England. There is no way that he loses value after getting in better shape, working on his mechanics, and gaining maturity over the past 2 years.
As for Mike Wallace to the Patriots, I don't believe that for a second. I think it's just an attempt to get Miami to freak out that they're going to lose him like they lost Harbaugh and Manning and way overpay him.
