Rodgers has a shot of being in that conversation, they have to field good teams. I think McCarthy has held him back, but that's only from the limited amount I've seen them. I also think his more mobile style has subjected him to a lot of heavy hits and that's why he's been unfortunate with injuries. So far his career most closely resembles Steve Young. had to sit behind one who was once considered GOAT tier (Lol remember that?), got a late start, unbelievable talent, but didn't quite get as much glory as his numbers showed. That being said Rodgers is young and they were literally seconds away from having a shot at it this year, so his story is still being written.
I think Luck has a chance to be on Mt. Rushmore as well. That being said it's different eras, and for this era, Brady is the GOAT, and no matter how good others become it won't bring him down
