Actually, to use the legal term, there is a preponderance of evidence that it was done on purpose by patriots personnel and that Tom Brady knew about it. That's not "no evidence".

In fact, and a lolyer should correct me if I am wrong, but a preponderance of the evidence is the legal burden of proof required for civil law (which this would be).
Sadly, because they couldn't prove management/organization knew about it, only two people are getting fired and there probably won't be much else done.

There's still nothing new in this report. It's the same shit we knew months ago. Nothing conclusive has come out since then. They could have released the report months ago and it would have been just as inconclusive.
