Me either man me either. I think people are hyping up Dak way too much. I want him to be the next guy but it's a lot for a rookie. I'll gladly eat crow if he comes in and plays lights out but I really don't see him playing like he has during preseason. I hope they don't give him the Weeden treatment and have him toss checkdowns and play extremely conservative.

Yeah they need to open the playbook, let him try and make plays otherwise they will just focus on stopping the run and it'll be last year all over again.

He beats the Giants week 1, the hype gonna be through the roof, fans gonna kick Romo out, until week 2 loss...

On and for the record I have never called Brock my "golden boy" and actually have been weary of the signing. I am just disgusted by the venom being thrown at him by the media and broncos fans in some weird , cult way of protecting Elway

He screwed up with getting him RE-signed , plain and simple. Instead we get this he didn't really want Brock and he will be shit because he left narrative.

Yesterday was a big ass positive for Brock though. Signs he is learning the system and advancing forward

How did Elway screw up getting Brock resigned. They made him a crazy offer, especially after how poorly he played last year, and Brock turned it down because he was butt hurt about being benched. Elway should be thanking the Texans for saving him from over paying Brock.

I'm not reposting everything again. He was drafted to be Manning's replacement, Elway had nothing but faith in him and already been said they were prepared to offer more than Houston but Brock wasn't having it. He won crucial games for them last season : NE and Steelers.

I can see them throwing in some option plays in there for him and maybe few specific runs for him. I honestly don't want to see him run the risk for injury is just to high especially with the only other qb on team right now being Showers. I think if the run game plays as advertised it will take a huge burden off Dak.
