3rd degree separation apparently

A Monday MRI revealed that Bruce Gradkowski has a separated right (throwing) shoulder, which will reportedly end his season.
Gradkowski was fearing bad news, and that's exactly what he got. ESPN's John Clayton reports that it is a third-degree separation. Gradkowski ultimately played in six games for the Silver in Black (three starts), completing under 53 percent of his passes and throwing five touchdowns to seven interceptions. There's no more quarterback controversy in Oakland, as it's now Jason Campbell's job by default. Nov. 30 - 8:25 am et

It's official, Frank Gore on IR. Fuck, we wasted his career.

Gore's an unlucky guy, at least he put up a few great years. He's been fighting injuries his entire life, never count him out.

Let's be real here. The Lions D is almost as bad a Houston's. Almost.

No depth at linebacker, secondary that plays at their leisure, and a front 4 who love to rack up encroachment and offsides penalties. Yup, we have the making for a frustrating defense! If it counts, we usually only bend, not break, in the first half. The 2nd half is anyones guess

Equus, i just can't commend you enough for your taste in musical related television and music from other threads. If i were not obligated to dislike you, i think we could be friends

I'm still pissed off we kept Joe McKnight over Woodhead.

I am pretty sure every Jet fan is pissed about this and the fact that Kyle Wilson has literally done nothing all year accept extend some opposing drives with PI calls. :(

He was big in the second half first time against the Pats though, was able to shut Welker down for the rest of that game.

I disagree you have such excellent taste in avatars bionic. Who is that handsome devil in your avatar?

Looks like Peewee Herman. Why the short haired woman has a tattoo of him I'll never know.

Along with the Williams extension, we have more injury news.

The Green Bay Packers have placed LB Brandon Chillar and TE Spencer Havner on injured reserve.

13 on the IR for the season. We rollin baby!

What could you have done, though? Joe Mcknight is a running back from a major college who probably has alot more upside than Woodhead. Danny Woodhead is having a spectacular season, but no one could have seen that coming honestly. hard work can only take you so far; talent was the reason they kept Mcknight, i think.

As for Wilson, he will prolly develop pretty well down the road. He has a good mentor in Revis. He should be fine. And if he isn't, thanks for taking him before we could

Am I the only Jets fan that likes Wilson? Give him some time.

Play well, hold out. Get paid, become average. The Revis blueprint for success.

pshh, he has played pretty solid since he came back from the injury. He can teach Wilson some tools he may not already have. He is by no means average, and you know it

Antrel with a message to the fans..

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/11/30/antrel-rolle-doesnt-believe-in-booing/

“I don’t like it one bit,” Rolle said on WFAN on Tuesday. “We’re not going to always have those dominant, blowout games. We’re not going to win each and every game although we would love to. But through it all, our fans are huge. . . . But at the same time we need them to have confidence as we have confidence in ourselves. The booing, honestly, it pissed me off. That’s something that I haven’t heard since I’ve been here.”

Rolle has stepped into a leadership role quickly in New York, and isn’t afraid to speak his mind.

“You don’t boo your team,” Rolle continued. “I don’t care what happens, you don’t boo your team. That’s my take on it. You don’t boo your team. This is your home team. We’re out there playing, we’re out there pouring our heart out for our fans, you don’t boo your team. I don’t care what the situation is, you don’t boo your team. We’re 7-4. We’re not 2-10, we’re 7-4.”

Antrel is outspoken and there's nothing wrong with that but he needs to understand where he plays. Sorry to tell you, Antrel but when the defense plays the way they did in the first half of that Jags game - the fans have every right to boo considering the ticket prices they are paying to be there.

Thank god he wasn't in Arizona last night.:lol

Woodhead could have been used as a WR and is a great back. You can't see him behind the line and he was great on special teams in all of his preseason games. Mcknight didn't really show anything from the preseason, not to mention an ageing Richardson and the Pointless Clowney signing :(.

I'm upset the Jets kept Clowney over Woodhead, and then let Clowney go anyway. Wilson does kind of suck, but he had Cromartie as a mentor at training camp instead of hold out Revis, hopefully he vacations on the island and learns the way of the force.

Eh, watching Hard Knocks you could see it, Woodhead looked great what they showed of him and Mcknight they just showed throwing up and getting yelled at. :lol Woodhead may not have played Division 1 in college, but he was a stud and showed talent for the level he played at. I really think he wasn't kept mainly because LT has looked good and can really do all the things that Woodhead can and more.

With Wilson there were stories that he actually played his way off the field, I mean come on now Drew Coleman is starting over him. :lol I hope he pans out, we will see.

For like 2 weeks I thought the Fins were playing the Bills this week. I didn't find out the Browns were coming to town until a few days ago. How the fuck did Browns @ Dolphins get scheduled the same week as Heat @ Cavs? There's going to be a lot of fights at Joe Robbie Stadium :lol

was great picking last week, best week of the year by far.

Schedule:
Thu Dec 2
HOU @ PHI

BUF @ MIN
CLE @ MIA

Look at all the foolish hopefuls in this thread picking Detroit. Lach and Cutler are amused!

Bears spanked the Lions on the field in week one. All those stupid turnovers will not keep the game close this Sunday. Bears by 10+!

Someone please revoke Tom Brady's man card. It was bad enough with the wife making him grow his hair out but this is getting out of hand.

That's seriously the last straw. Constant whining at refs for flags, super "fancy" GQ photoshoots, the hair, etc.

I can forgive the hair, many hockey players have awesome long hair and are still as manly as a bottle of fine bourbon. But Brady has simply gone too far. He's found a way to look like a sissy boy even when wearing three Super Bowl rings.
