I thought they went 16-0 because they only had to play 2 playoff games, but you're probably right.levious said:I believe it was 14-0, 17-0 if you include the playoffs.
Aikman recently told a story about coming home after a game to find a bunch of women in his hot tub... he called the cops.
How come you aren't around when the Cowboys are losing or trailing to opponents or have a tough game?Triumph said:QFT and great justice. I wonder what he's gonna say when Evil rapes the shit out of Good in a couple weeks?

wrong, brian griese will go there once donovan mcknabb or phillip rivers get picked up by chicago, then brian griese alone will lead that team to victory. FACTTriumph said:Yeah, I'm an Atlanta/Patriots fan.
I'm a Patriots fan for two reasons:
1) I have Tom Brady, Randy Moss and Wes Welker on my fantasy team in my money league. I am 5-1 in that league right now and will probably only lose again on week 10 when they've got a bye. Rooting for those guys to do well means money in my future.
2) It's fun to annoy the anti-Pats contingent. They're pretty out there.
Bonus Reason 3) The Falcons suck and will continue to suck for the foreseeable future.

The question stands but pointed in his direction!

Jesus Christ himself could be our quarterback and it won't matter until we overhall the O-line, get another receiving threat to go along with Roddy White (can't believe I just typed that), and rid the team of whiny ass veterans who want to do what they please.topsyturvy said:wrong, brian griese will go there once donovan mcknabb or phillip rivers get picked up by chicago, then brian griese alone will lead that team to victory. They'll probably take Woodson, but I can pretty much guarantee you that the Falcons would NOT take Woodson. A mobile black QB from the South? No thank you, sez McKay & Blank.storybook77 said:You and I both know that the Dolphins won't pick what they need. :lol

Actually, the LOLphins could do anything, you're right. I could see them drafting another WR for Ted Ginn Jr. or something to play alongside.

storybook77 said:Brohm just makes more sense for us, since he basically knows Petrino's playbook and can just concentrate on learning his new teammates and the speed of the game instead of what the hell "Red Zebra X 45" (yes, I made that up) is.
If Laurent Robinson can stay healthy and develop some more, I think him and White could become the one-two threat that we desperately need at the receiver position. We still need a good possession receiver since it's obvious that Jenkins does not want to fill Finneran's shoes.
Other than that, upgrade both lines...starters on offense, more depth on defense...find Brookings replacement, and if you can get a nice big bruising back to go along with Norwood.
tmdorsey said:Just because he knows Petrino's offense is not reason enough to draft him. I want a mobile QB. That extra threat of being able to run comes in handy especially with a line like ours.

You're operating under the assumption that ANY of our shitty linemen will be back next year. I don't think that's going to be the case. And it looks like we'll be able to get the Vick money back so that won't be too big a deal, then hopefully we can cut his ass with no consequences.tmdorsey said:I want the same thing, but how accurate do you think he's going to be when he's under pressure or flushed out of the pocket??
It is easier to rebuild an offensive line and get some decent WRs then it is to find a accurate qb who is willing to stand in the pocket and deliver the ball on time and with precision.tmdorsey said:I want the same thing, but how accurate do you think he's going to be when he's under pressure or flushed out of the pocket??
Bionic is quite sensible about football when he's not talking about Brady or the Pats.bionic77 said:It is easier to rebuild an offensive line and get some decent WRs then it is to find a accurate qb who is willing to stand in the pocket and deliver the ball on time and with precision.
When you have a qb like that you keep him and try to build a good team around him. Instead of drafting a qb that can make the best of the weaknesses of your team it is better to get the best qb available and fix the problems you already have.
Looks like first round material to me. Can't blame him because his teammates are average.Wellington said:I don't think Brian Brohm is even first round talent the way he is playing...

Tim Tebow is the guy to watch out for in the future IMO.

I actually make the most sense when talking about the Pats. I am gaining more converts by the day. You must align yourself with the winning team before it is too late...Triumph said:Bionic is quite sensible about football when he's not talking about Brady or the Pats.
