It's just as Madden said, we're FAR better than our record indicates. We're a 3-5 team that could easily be 5-3 or 6-2.

T.O. commented on the "argument". He said he was just trying to keep Donovan's spirits up and they are both competetive people. Considering they were standing next to each other and speaking to each other for most of the game i believe him. According to the fox announcers, who are apparently expert lip readers now, he was chasing Mcnabb around yelling IM OPEN. They probably had about 4 cameras following him waiting/hoping for him to blow up. This is the first chance they have had with an eagles loss and boy did they enjoy it. He also said he didnt mind Ward doing the bird flap and that they are good friends. The media is still gonna have a fieldday with this.

except that McNabb had a look on his face like he wanted to punch TO in the fuckin mouth. I bet in T.O.'s warped little world, yelling "THROW ME THE GODDAMN BALL" is his way of trying to keep Donovan's spirits up, so i guess he's telling the truth.

TO says he was just talking to McNabb.... of course he was it was only their first loss, and of course he was only politely pointing out that he was open... :rolleyes

Anyway Eagles, lost, show of the calibur of the team is their game next week.... is against Dallas who lost this week... Eagles SHOULD win that....

God...6 penalties for Houston, none for Denver. Carr gets hit helmet to helmet after a throw...no call. Plummer running toward the sideline pushed by a lineman, and called for a 15 yarder. Fucking BS. This Offense is explosive, so we can still make a comeback, as long as our Defense fucking mans up and doesn't let Jake the Mistake beat them like Rodney King.
