Not that I'm not saying you're right, but aren't we only talking about regular season goals? Unless he somehow got 27 goals in the post-season... in which case, holy shit.

Think marvie is implying his supporting cast was good enough to feed him on 27 goals and make the finals. but more importantly, just a chance to throw a cheap shot on the canucks so don't look into it too hard

We were talking about two things, remember. You thought I was saying New York State is uniform, which I wasn't. But apparently suggesting that Long Island is not as bad as Phoenix or Columbus (in terms of hockey fandom) while not being from your state is some egregious insult to your being. Get over yourself. Or get the sand out of your vagina.

I'm here. I just don't have much to say....the Sharks are not looking great and they seem unable to win with Niemi in net. It wasn't even his fault they lost to the Blues, the rest of the team is shitting the bed pretty hard.

And Thornton just got a 2 game sit from the league.

I loved the Kings/Lightning game last night. Grindfest... the kind of game that bores casual onlookers but we all love. A game decided in just a mere moment by one simple turnover.

I loved what Quick said right after the game (his first shutout of the year) when he was asked how it felt to be #1 overall in the league at this moment:

"Doesn't mean anything right now."

Perfect answer.

Just like it doesn't mean shit that the Sharks are only batting .500 right now. Long season.

ugh, they had some great opportunities the game before, but still.
I don't think Thornton deserved that 2 game suspension. Perron came back, not hurt, and even scored!

Hopefully they don't win the Stanley Cup this year. I don't think I can bare another lockout simply because the league got so stunned that the Bolts won a cup.

The only available goalies are in the minors. And Raycroft.

I have MAF and Mason.

Ugly fucking game - again :( We're lucky to be tied. Its unreal how snakebitten Cammalleri is. He has already had like 3 great chances this game and can't find the back of the net. I like the move to put him on the point on the PP. If nothing else he should be able to get some shots in there for tips.
