I'm very ashamed to get that wrong and spread misinformation.
Plus it's probably not even him. There's so much misinformation and speculation out there, it's hard to sift through everything. Little summary of what's been confirmed:
1) Suspects rob 7-11
2) Suspects go to MIT, shoot 1 cop (dead)
3) Suspects carjack a black mercedes
4) 1 suspect gets shot dead by cops, other suspect flees
5) suspect nr2. that's on the run is white-hat guy from the marathon bombing, he's held up somewhere in Watertown.
Also, CNN is terrifyingly bad. They are running a story on a naked guy that was temporarily arrested, but he was innocent and just in the wrong place at the wrong time. But they're still running that story.
Policed forced him to undress, to make sure there were no on-body explosive, I think.
