I was think about o'rielly and that the leafs should try to offer sheet him. It would make a lot of sense as the compensation of 1st and 3rd is extremely unlikely to be as good of a player as him. However I doubt it would happen as the Leafs have a number of rfa's this summer including Kadri. Would screw up the team salary scale immensely. Kadri would deserve/want a similar number.

Think Buffalo will probably have the best package for him. Will make a trade eventually to get him.

Signing bonuses arent pro-rated, so if he had one of 6 million this year he would get all of it instantly once the deal is signed despite the fact he would only play ~20 games.
