I think it was more two 2nds for Polak and Spaling as a throw-in but point taken either way

I think zroid nailed it.

It seemed low to me at first, then I realized it wasn't. Guess I was just hoping for more given that I knew Polak was their biggest trade chip outside of Dion. But then again it is the Leafs, and a crappy Leafs club.
