Gorges went back to Montreal with a hand injury, that Weaver pick up is looking good now. Bergevin must have know, also Vanek said he prefers being on the LW. I guess if it means we can reunite the EGG line and get Eller going again it wouldn't be too bad. Playing Vanek with Gio seems like such a waste though.

No fitted, I want to see if I even enjoy this (I'm sure I will) but just in case not going to invest hard into these first skates. Down the road when I become a superstar I will invest in some legit skates and get it fitted and everything.

I picked up a pair of Reebok skates as my "beginner" skates. Been using it for a couple of years now. Had to try on a couple of pairs to find the right fit.
Yeah tried them on, tried on a few ones before I settled on one pair that felt sexy.

I think they lack defensive depth, goaltending is a question mark, and coaching might be holding them back.

I bought my skates at play it again, not used ones though and they talked me out of buying more expensive ones that wouldn't make a difference for me

Yea, almost all the used skates my size were gross! The new skates were better priced than Sport Chek and Canadian Tire

Bourque won't last long and Eller will move up sooner then later. Vanek prefers LW so might as well start him there in his first game.
