NHL October 2014 |OT| Leafs Suck, And Then You Die

Damn boy.

The Tossed Salads and Scrambled Eggs

Only this year did I find out that Frasier was a spinoff of Cheers.

2014.

Florida are shitty fans unless you're a college football team. They practically live through those kids.

And I thought it was only Penn State that did some living inside of kids.

Panthers need a couple good drafts and then a rebranding. New logo, new jerseys, get a fresh start with an exciting young group.

Panthers need 1 thing: Winning. From 2 years ago:

See 2012 Final game

Game 2

Game 7 GTG (dude in the suit was the previous owner, Viner)

Season opener following year

Prospect pool is top 10 even with graduations. They need to get over the hump and move to contention. Can Tallon do that? I don't know.

I hope the Panthers stay, I always feel really bad for the fans of teams that move because the Sens were in a pretty shitty situation before Melnyk as well. Felt terrible for Thrashers fans when they moved to Winnipeg.

How much of the blame for the Panthers troubles is shared by the fact that they don't play in Miami proper? A suburban arena is a big reason why the Sens don't draw as much as they realistically should, getting to the game and back home is a huge pain in the ass for most of the city. The Panthers should share the same arena as the Heat.

Honestly if you have them downtown with the same record, no. 14 years with only 1 good have soured fans far too much. This is a symptom of not winning. Sunrise isn't a bad location, actually it sits between the major metro area (really one large metro strip) of Ft. Laderdale-Miami, and reasonable access to West Palm Beach. Not sharing the same building has kept them better off than being in the same building, it's actually the reason they left the old Miami arena, which at the time ticket prices were more than the Heat.

Nobody ruins my family vacation but me...and maybe the boy!

Ah ok, so the situation is a bit different from the Sens. Of course, winning is the cure to all problems (unless you're the Leafs where fans will fill the arena whether they suck or not).
