When the reports of Streit not being re-signed first circulated, I said I'd be happy for him as long as he didn't go to a rival. Considering that he'll be on the books for the Flyers for 4 years at $5.25 million, I should probably revise that statement slightly. Seems like a lot for a guy that's clearly in decline, but even at 35 he can't be any worse than Bruno Gervais.

He just turned 25 and has played very well before in his career. I dont see how people can be so sure he will never do anything.
