We'll gladly take Draisaitl (because our centre depth is a black hole past AGally) but you'd have to add a lot more to that.

I think they are very much shopping him, but not getting any king's ransom/homerun offers like they'd probably hoped for. The expansion coming next year is really going to wreak havoc on the market.

McKenzie stated that the Habs' offseason priority is to upgrade the blueline. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. First, how do you upgrade the blueline by trading your best D-man, and secondly, Habs haven't been able to score for fucking YEARS. 2 top 6 wingers should be the priority, as it should have been for the past 4 seasons, and MB fails to address it every single fucking season.

I can't wait for another season of scoring 2 goals a game and counting on Price to let in less than 2, because we all know that's what the "plan" is.

I have a very difficult time seeing Bergevin / Timmins moving the 9th pick for him, especially in such a deep draft.
