Yepper, they can do great, but on their own without Nintendo they're really poor.
Nintendo needs to salvage NLG so their name doesn't get tarnished any more than it had before with Transformers Cybertron Adventures and Ghost Recon Wii, as well as Captain America PS360.
that's true, I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo finally just acquires them. considering the limited success NLG has had independently from them, it probably wouldn't be a huge purchase.
also, apparently NLG is located in Vancouver, so that's right next door to Nintendo's Canadian HQ, and just across the border from NoA. would be perfect, really.

It was a pretty big gap between Punch-Out and Luigi's Mansion 2 though.

Just a thought would the 3ds be powerful enough to emulate n64 games for its vc and then i'd assume adding 3d might not be too difficult

don't even try to allege that power fusion wasn't just about the greatest thing to happen to Kirby games. sure, it went generally underutilized and the game was way too short, but damn, what a fun mechanic.

They can just skip it like the did with Final Fantasy (going straight from FF3 to FF7). And an english version of Earthbound NES does also excist, so it would be possible to skip one title like that

I'm more impressed with their knowledge of Earthbound.
Well there's only three games so there isn't much in the way of facts that you need to learn. Smash Bros, Melee and Brawl, which I'm sure most of you have played.
I own a physical copy of Earthbound SNES
but I don't own Earthbound Zero...yet

Hehe, same with me actually. Bought a reproduction of Earthbound NES years ago, but never got around to buy the SNES game. I do own Mother 3 however.
